Paradise Robotics has given me great support as a DIY customer. They recommended a mower based on my turf species and terrain, shipped the product promptly and advised me on the layout of my DIY installation. They've kept me updated on new features (through software updates) and helped me improve my installation. This is my 4th season using my mower and every year has been an improved experience.
10/10, I fully recommend Paradise Robotics. I had a fairly basic installation and was having problems with my robots wearing tracks on the perimeter of my lawn. I contacted Kathy at Paradise Robotics and she showed me how to modify my installation so that I could use some of the advanced features of my mowers. If you need your Ambrogio mower serviced, try this company. They are very thorough in their work. I will definitely use them again, and if I need to purchase a new mower, I'll buy it through them.
