“Welcome to Paradise!” Is how you’re greeted at this delightful jewel of a quilt shop! Their selection is great, lots of fun patterns for quilts and other things, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Look through the “scrap bags” for good deals. They have extra wide fabric for quilt backing… and they have long-arm services. I loved everything about this store!!! Wish I lived closer!
very friendly and knowledgeable. large area for classes. and lots of seasonal fabrics. My go to shop for Funkey Friends. I did not find the Rex, but I finally broke down and bought the Giraffe (so darn cute). Found more Villa Rosa cards. I was so excited to pick from the Flamingo pond. I won some much needed tweezers for my sewing room.
Well, it was two weeks before Christmas ... my idea was to get my wife a nice quilt that she could wrap herself up in while watching t.v. Currently, she had been using this old blanket, that was faded and threadbare. I wanted something special, I wasn't going to a department store. What a wonderful group of people to work with! My wife needed last minute help with her quilt and had to work so couldn't reach out personally, so finding help defaulted to me. I've never quilted a day in my life. The women at paradise quilting were able to get the quilt finished on a rush, and help with last minute decisions that, frankly, I wasn't qualified to make. Thank you for everything. The quilt came out perfect and was very well received!
What a great find this was for me. Fran was so informative and I was able to schedule sewing sessions with Susan as I am making my first quilt. Lots of space to be creative and I haven’t even mentioned the fabrics and gifts and other classes being offered. Definitely a place to return to for shopping and ideas.
