Beautiful ALFacility with many pleasant, capable nurses and aides - several of whom go out of their way to be helpful. We've been residents only 1 month at the time of this review. The Maintenance staff (the newest guy on their staff) has been super in his service to us, fixing several minor things that just 'missed the boat' during resident change, but were annoying to live with.
This assisted living is AMAZING ! Jill was so kind and patient. I would recommend looking into this facility.
Lots of room the rooms are huge. Lots of activities to do there's even specialized rooms. There's a pool table movie room. There's even stuff to do outside. And always nicely decorated for the holidays. There's always water available on every floor. One thing I forgot to add, every time I'm in their the staff is always cheerful. Paradise Pointe is a wonderful facility! The building is always clean and the staff is always willing to help! I had 2 grandparents that lived here before there passing. Both of them received the best care and both were happy at this facility! The leadership at the facility were always available to address any concerns and made everyone feel like family! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place for a loved one, that brings peace of mind to the family!
Exceptional Care at Paradise Pointe Choosing a memory care facility for a loved one is one of the most difficult decisions a family can make. My brother and I could not be happier with the quality of care Mom and Dad both received at Paradise Pointe. The staff there are truly angels.
