I had a very disappointing experience at Paradise Massage Spa. We paid over $200 through Groupon for a 90-minute massage, expecting a professional and relaxing service, but that was not the case. First, part of the massage was done through a blanket. I’ve never experienced that before—massaging through a blanket is not a proper massage and felt ineffective and strange. This was my first time ever having a massage done. A bit nervous at first, but the staff was friendly and very kind. The overall massage went very well and I felt extremely comfortable during the whole process. The lady who performed my massage was thorough and applied enough pressure.
