That was the worst massage I've ever had. She was so rough. Felt like pinching on my skin. Then she also spent an excessive amount of time just rubbing my legs. Not actually massaging. That was very upsetting. Also using dry towels to finish off. Every place I've gone to has used warm wet towels, it felt awful.

I’ve been getting remedial massages for several years due to ongoing neck and shoulder pain that often leads to severe headaches. I recently visited Paradise Massage for the first time and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The therapist assigned to me was an older woman who, while polite, seemed unsure of what to do throughout the 40-minute session. Went in yesterday afternoon for a 20 min neck and shoulder massage. I constantly have a very tight neck and shoulders, and yesterday was particularly sore. I walked out of there with NO PAIN - the lovely young lady (with short hair) was amazing!! 🤩 It’s rare that massage makes a difference to my discomfort, but I was pleasantly surprised yesterday she really knew what she was doing and where the tightness areas were. Thank you so much, ill be back soon
Worst reflexology I’ve ever had, must of been a moisturiser shortage as I was just rubbed unpleasantly with the latex glove, didn’t enjoy was glad when it was over! Waste of money
