Have lived in Paradise Island since 3/3/2015 and have loved living here. We have a Co-op board that keeps the fees at a great level. Cable, WiFi are included in the lot rent along with garbage collection. My wife and myself have made a lot of friends here. Personally I would not want to live anywhere else.
I have been living here for a few years with my sister. We love it here. This is a COOP so it is not a corporate owned park. We have a great group of people who live here. Many volunteers and great amenities. This community helps make our later years in life very worthwhile. This is the best park in Pinellas County and Largo for 55+ residents.
One of the best parks to live in in Florida. We have a great bunch of neighbors and volunteers. Proud to say we ARE NOT CORPORATE OWNED. We are COOP owned. Do your research on corporate owned communities and you will discover quite a different feel and much higher rents! Lots of activities and fun socials to participate in. A beautiful pool and library. We clearly have pride of ownership. 🌴❤️
Paradise island is a great park to live in. Wonderful neighbors, lots of activities and volunteers that work hard at keeping our park a great place to live. I love the fact we’re not owned by a corporation. Our Board of directors work really hard to make our park great.
