We had a very good experience with Paradise Home and Patio. They took extra care to have Brown Jordan outdoor furniture cushions made to their liking and even had the cushion maker do it again because the quality wasn't up to par. We purchased this hard to find Brown Jordan set from out of State and had it shipped to us. We would recommend them highly.

BEYOND HORRIBLE I have no idea how this place can stay in business. On May 20, 2016 I ordered a Fjords loveseat. At that point I gave a deposit for $1375.00 I was told the loveseat would be 12-14 weeks. On September 1st I started calling to check the status of my loveseat. I have called 3 to 5 times a week for the last 7 weeks (35 calls and 10 emails) I have been told repeatedly that Sherry (apparently the owner) would call me back (she has called twice). I'd give 0 stars of possible. Way overpriced and they are always going out of business or relocating. Not a stable company at all.
