Promises made in person at the sales office but not kept. Appointments are a no show with no call. If you try to reach both general managers they won't return your call or they'll avoid your call. I actually had to have someone else call frim another number just to get through to Mike for him to come to the phone thinking it was someone else and then once again he makes an appointment and then does not keep it after you rearrange your schedule. Mike was extremely helpful. He helped us pick out the perfect kitchen set up that absolutely fit out back yard perfectly. He came out to the house measured and.layed out everything to make everything would fit just right. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and Mike is truly one of the best salesman we have ever worked with. He has a construction background with year of experience and it shows. Definitely recommend seeing and going to Paradise Grills International Plaza.
We bought a paradise grill 7-8 years ago and have loved it. It was in need of replacement after living next to the salt water and getting flooded with hurricane Helene. We lucked into an amazing end of year close out sale and got a great deal on a new grill. Yoshi helped us pick out the perfect grill. She was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Made our transaction fast and fun. I would highly recommend her and this company.

This is a beautiful show room with many grill islands and sitting areas available to look at. Attentive sales people, very knowledgeable.
