We had an exceptional experience with the Paradise Grills service department. Sebastian and Jay, the service technicians who came out to our home, were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They addressed all of the issues with our new barbecue grill and entertainment/bar setup, and made sure everything was repaired and functioning properly.
