Wonderful customer service! I was served by Pedro, he was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He was always willing to help me find what I was looking for. Also, I personally loved the tiki bars, makes you feel like a resort it’s just amazing and paradise grills has one of the best if not the best tiki I have ever seen , quality plus price are just awesome! Highly recommended!

Dear Paradise Grills Management, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase and delivery experience. While the showroom was impressive and the salesperson was pleasant, the subsequent service has been unacceptable.
