The staff here are amazing. They answered all my questions and showed me my options. I am researching to design my backyard. There are so many options and love that it is customizable. Love the big screen monitor that shows a final product.
We are deeply disappointed with our experience with Paradise Grill — both in the sales process and, most importantly, with the quality of the product. The store presents itself beautifully, with shiny, seemingly high-end products marketed for outdoor use. However, we were very surprised to discover that drawers and trash compartments accumulate water, and the aluminum used appears to be of poor quality — causing the units to look worn and aged after only a short period. If you are looking for high quality, ample selection and excellent service this is the place to visit. Mike Hall did an excellent job. He listened to my requirements and offered valuable options.
