Our initial experience with Mike in the showroom was very good. We were impressed with the product and price and “white glove” delivery expectation. We were given a delivery window on a Friday afternoon between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. Our grill arrived at 10:00 pm in the dark and they spent over an hour fumbling around and waking neighbors trying to install. We asked if they could come back and set it up on Monday and that was not an option for them. They left us with a burner with no igniter connected, a missing refrigerator door... read more

I can only share with you my personal experience and all I can say it that it's been excellent so far. Mike Hall at the Jensen Beach location was professional and very clear with communications which included options, pricing and what to expect if/when you purchase including the "final sale" wording. Were we pressured? Not really. We showed up on the 2nd to last day of the Labor Day sale that afternoon and it was our first stop to look at grills. That's on us. They did say it could take up to 90 days but they delivered in 3 ... read more
I have been extremely happy with my entire experience with the Jensen Beach Paradise Grills location. The showroom is beautiful. My sales rep, Mike, was friendly, professional, and went over and above to help with choosing the right configuration for my needs. Delivery and installation went smoothly and efficiently. The kitchen is beautiful and the whole experience was positive. Thank you Mike and Jensen Beach.
