The staff here are amazing. They answered all my questions and showed me my options. I am researching to design my backyard. There are so many options and love that it is customizable. Love the big screen monitor that shows a final product.
We are deeply disappointed with our experience with Paradise Grill — both in the sales process and, most importantly, with the quality of the product. The store presents itself beautifully, with shiny, seemingly high-end products marketed for outdoor use. However, we were very surprised to discover that drawers and trash compartments accumulate water, and the aluminum used appears to be of poor quality — causing the units to look worn and aged after only a short period.
