While shopping for an outdoor kitchen, I stopped by Paradise Grills, Wesley Chapel showroom, where I met Gavin D., Sales Associate. I had specific space limitations that I found challenging; however, Gavin skillfully assisted me in finding the perfect configuration. It was a pleasure working with Gavin, not only for his expertise but also for his no pressure, high patience, and very responsive demeanor. I am very excited for my new outdoor kitchen, arriving in a few days!
Unbelievable service from Gavin. Very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us . We are currently building a new home in lutz and Gavin has pointed us in the direction of the perfect back yard entertainment area.
Have been to this location before but I have to say Gavin made this experience much better was looking for some new outdoor furniture and Gavin was a big help in finding something that was not only perfect but also in my price range will definitely be back if not for the amazing prices, for Gavin’s customer service.
Gavin, was extremely helpful. I came in the store just to browse and ask some questions on a product. He immediately took initiative to answer all of them. Once I am ready to place my order I will most definitely be going to him.
