Yoshi was amazing patient with me. Answered all my questions even made design suggestions. Overall a great experience!!
Yoshi is a true professional. She was able to answer all of my questions (I have a lot) and knew when to back off when we were thinking. Obviously, we bought an outdoor kitchen and can’t wait until it’s installed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. All sales are final and they deliver whenever they feel like it. They will not deliver the outdoor kitchen I paid for months ago. Claiming it all depends on the truck schedule. They also claim they have no control over delivery but they had no problem taking my money. Will it ever come? I’m beginning to wonder. Don’t fall for their lies. Terrible business ethic.
Customer service is Great , The show room was well set up and clean, They were able to answer all of my questions. Staff presented them selves and company great
