What a piece of crap. fancy showroom, big sales pitch, and all positive (fake) reviews on THEIR site keep them in business. Yet what we got was careless installers that did nothing but complain to then learn after many calls to customer service that actully agreed their after sales efforts were horrible. We also learned the so called Italian stone top is nothing but fake painted material with glass, yes very thin glass that breaks easily. do not buy from this company. they do not honor their warranty. The GSL-32 PRO warranty cleary states that there is a 5 year warranty on their burners, grates and briquettes. Sent clear pictures to their headquarters and warranty request was denied as wear and tear. there is no wording excluding wear and tear or rust(I thought this was supposed to be stainless steel. go to one of the custom outdoor kitchens builders in your area. you will be much happier. for the record they do not deserve even a 1 star rating. u... read more

Price was right but real poor support so would not buy again. The grill stainless on outside is very good after 4.5 years if you buy the upgraded one. But they lie about any warranty so can’t recommend and the grill does have a lot of hot spots.so not a fan. Now I have internal parts that hold the briquettes that are disintegrating and their warranty says burner covers have 5 years warranty. This company sucks, the product they sell suck..over priced not a fully outdoor products It went to shit within. 2 yrs... my grill needs replacement, im on my 3rd grille...Customer service is horrendous. Cant get through they do not call back.....Boycott this company !! South Florida Concern

Buyer Beware! We love our Tiki Bar but customer service for warranty work does not exist. The Refrigerator handles block the outlet plugs. I was told that was a known problem and they were going with a different fridge design, and they would replace them which was not true. The LED lights have two colors backwards they will not correct. My warming rack is completely rusted after 7 months. There warranty does not cover rust and their supposed “Stainless steel” parts. There are also rust spots on the refrigerator doors. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PARADISE GRILL, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We recently purchased an $8k pro grill/kitchen from Paradise Grill and it was delivered a few days later, everything looked fine and we signed the received receipt. On the same day the grill was received it began to rain for about one and a half days. I went outside and noticed the stucco finish looked thin in areas and fiber was popping through, also there was water stains and finish had washed away in areas.
