This company is a scam. When I purchased this the product they said I would have to pay in full so I can get on the schedule as soon as possible .I had a graduation party for my son and they promised that the grill would be delivered June 15th. They called me on the June 10th they could not deliver it because they had no drivers . So I had to cancel my son's graduation party pay an extra fee and they promised they would be delivering it the following week. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. Paradise Grills did not honor what was agreed upon during the sales process, and communication afterward was poor. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but my concerns were not taken seriously. A company is only as good as its commitment to its customers, and unfortunately, Paradise Grills failed to stand behind their promises. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
