The only thing they do well is accept online payments; once they’ve received the money, they completely lose interest. The products are of very poor quality. They claim the delivery time is two months, yet they take five months to ship the items. The technical support is terrible. I regret this purchase deeply.
Wow! Wow! The Paradise grills location in Boca Raton is beautiful! It’s welcomed by its amazing staff and brings you into the world of outdoor paradise . I was helped by Joe who was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely thinking of purchasing the Tahiti when our house is finished! Go see Joe!

I purchased a $50,000 St Barths unit from the Town Center location in Boca Raton. The sales team was very helpful so they are the only reason for the two star review (vs. one star or zero if I could). The financing process was both deceptive and complicated but I was ultimately able to finance part of the unit. The delivery and installation team (and customer service team in handling my complaints) were abysmal they were late, disorganized and uninformed.
