I saw a post in ******** about the new Paradise Grills in Hoover Alabama, so I decided to check it out. What a pleasant surprise! Juan was great, he welcomed me with a huge smile and proceeded to explain everything about their company and product, between the music, their gorgeous store, and Juan's energy, it was only what I can described as a unique retail experience! Just purchased a BBQ/Tiki station from here and the experience was great. What a great experience, looking for a grill turned into a whole outdoor kitchen dream. The environment is incredible, as soon as I walked in they welcome me in with a huge smile, then you hear the music playing and suddenly I felt like I was on vacation mode! He's hands down one of the most knowledgeable representatives that I've met in any company and industry in the fact that he was able to answer any and all questions with confidence and certainty.
