We purchased our grill a little over a year ago and we did love it. Unfortunately, we had a situation happen where the grill it self literally blew open, flames shot out the light buttons melting them and then out the control knobs melting them off and then the lid literally blew open. We had to use an extinguisher to put the flames out to get to the gas valve below to shut it down. If you’re looking to get an outdoor kitchen and want something to last you a lifetime, look no further. I’ve been to several different outdoor kitchen companies and none even come close to Paradise Grills, from the professionalism of the salesmen all the way to the product line itself, they’re truly above and beyond. I bought a GX-10 grill from Paradise Grills a month ago and I love it. Super easy to clean and maintain, and any time I have a question about my grill, the customer service line always helps me out. 10/10.
