WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! WE BOUGHT AN ENTIRE OUTDOOR KITCHEN SYSTEM AND THEY SENT US THE WRONG SIZED DOOR. THEY DENIED THEY MADE THE SIZE DOOR THEY SHIPPED US EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THEM THE COPY OF THE DIAGRAM THEY GAVE US AND I LITERALLY SENT THEM PICTURES OF ME MEASURING IT WITH MY TAPE MEASURE. WE HAD TO COMPLETELY RE-BUILD MY BRICK OUTDOOR KITCHEN TO MAKE THE DOOR THAT THEY SENT US FIT.
