The store is nice, clean and organized. Crystal was a big help! She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Was in the market for a grill island and stopped by the Katy location and worked with Alexa. She was very attentive and helped us as we tried to decide which island we wanted. Purchase and delivery went smooth and we are loving our new GX8.
We’re first time home owners and have been looking to spruce up our backyard. Our pool builder quoted us an outrageous amount so we decided to shop around a bit and found Paradise Grills. Ms. Alexa Baker helped us out and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted at almost a third of the price we were originally going to pay. I could not recommend her and this place enough!!!!
Just bought a grill/island combo for 1/3 of the price our pool builder quoted us. Alexa at the Richmond location is fantastic! We went over measurements and drew pictures to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Thanks Alexa!
