Came in to look at options for a house we close on soon. Met with Dave who was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Showroom was very nice and had so much to look at! If your looking for an outdoor kitchen this is the place.
Really enjoy using my griddle the most, the showroom was great to customize my kitchen, and John was great to work with.
Beware. They will sell but not follow through. Possibly the worse customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. Purchased a Mykonos outdoor kitchen. Trying to get it installed for the better part of 2 months. They say they need to schedule when they can get multiple crews for a full day because it’s a big job. Tell me they can install on a certain date and then act like they don’t know what we are talking about. Finally get a date and two guys show up at noon. The purchasing part was fine. The delivery and set up are not. It seems they don't know the days of the week. We were told one thing and they show up a different day, the day they showed up the backsplash was not finished so now they have to come back. This time they told my husband Thursday, when they didn't show we called and he was told Friday. We had something else scheduled for Friday so now that has to be rescheduled. Get a calendar guys, learn the days of the week.
Bought our patio furniture here last year and waited to review. This stuff has held up phenomenally and was the perfect way to finish our backyard.
