Amazing staff! Such a great experience. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. We will be back and would definitely recommend! Love the Aruba grill set up we ended up getting!
Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. Paradise Grills did not honor what was agreed upon during the sales process, and communication afterward was poor. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but my concerns were not taken seriously. A company is only as good as its commitment to its customers, and unfortunately, Paradise Grills failed to stand behind their promises. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Everytime im in the Uptown Plaza I stop by Paradise Grills. Its such a beautiful showroom and has fun energy. . The sales people are always friendly and come up with creative design options. Once my pool and patio is done im coming back for one.
This was my first time visiting Paradise Grills. I walked in to a beautiful showroom. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable of the products. There were many different options to choose from, and I’m looking forward to purchasing one soon!
