We loved this store. It is a beautiful store and the service we got from Victor was over the top. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable which made it easy for us to decide to buy the grill we bought. Comparing the grills to other grills on the market we thought the value was very good. The company also got back to us very quickly to set up delivery. We’re very happy with our purchase.
My wife and I went to the West Boca Raton location and to be very honest all the staff were amazing. Victor Beuses in particular was so very kind and patient and answered every one of our questions. We are very happy that we purchased a new outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills. 5 stars for Victor Beuses for sure.

Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. Paradise Grills did not honor what was agreed upon during the sales process, and communication afterward was poor. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but my concerns were not taken seriously. A company is only as good as its commitment to its customers, and unfortunately, Paradise Grills failed to stand behind their promises. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
