What a great concept! Ive been looking for an outdoor grill and seating area…Paradise Grills has it all. So many durable options to choose from. The staff were super helpful during my visit too. Great showroom with some stylish options.
Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. They were able to answer all the questions and concerns I had to start my outdoor kitchen setup!
Sales person did an amazing job. Only problem is they over promised and under delivered on the quality of the product and h the e warranty. My grill is not working just 45 days after purchasing and only utilizing it once. They agreed to come out and look at it but needed to charge me to come out. The unit is 6 weeks old and already not working. The service on the warranty is TERRIBLE, stating that they would cover parts if needed, but no mater what, I would need to pay for labor. I walked in with my husband and instantly fell in love with their Monaco Setup. The showroom was impeccable and beautifully put together, it really made me feel like I was on vacation. The team added warmth to our visit, they were very welcoming and caring. I will definitely be back to continue upgrading my backyard with this crew.
