Rusted in 4 months. “Tiki” roof comes apart with little wind TV doesn’t work and they offered no replacement. Cheap materials. Had a fire under the grill twice at the tank connection to the grill. . Horrible customer service. Showroom is fancy, complete sham. “Green Sky” the finance company tries to charge excessively. Do not use them.
My husband and I popped into Paradise Grills a few times before we met Frank Gallo in the Boca Raton location. He was so knowledgeable and friendly without the sales pressure and simply answered our questions. We were going to go with a a smaller set up but Franco knowing our budget helped us to get a better set up for close to the same amount. He was a pleasure to deal with and we couldn’t be happier. We love our tiki bar!
What a great experience! I wandered into the store and was met with great enthusiasm and expertise. I am so excited to get my new kitchen and start grilling!
