Very poor customer service. I tried to contact this business multiple times on the number they provide only to receive a message stating their message bank is full and to try again later. I sent a text message (the number displayed is a mobile) stating the issue I was having contacting them and I was wanting to purchase a gift voucher for a very significant birthday. My first time ever having a spa experience and it exceeded expectations. The staff are so kind, amazing atmosphere and the Bali Bliss package that I had was just incredible. Definitely going to be coming back here!

This was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. Thank you to my daughters for giving me the voucher and thank you to the therapist for giving me such a great massage.
