I ordered one of their books off of Amazon and it was defective unfortunately, and instead of doing a return to Amazon, I figured it was a printing issue with multiple copies. So I reached out to this company and they have been nothing but amazing! They left a message, they called me back right away less than 24 hours. And for a couple of weeks, I was trying to send an email and it wasn't going through to make sure they were aware of the issue! I needed an FAA chart for a checkride. I started off strong by ordering the incorrect chair but a simple phone call with no hold time corrected this issue. I then received a couple follow up emails asking if I wanted the current chart or future chart since it refreshes in a couple weeks. This made the transaction personal and I felt the team at Paradise Cay actually cared enough to take the time to check knowing we're so close to the refresh period. Paradise Cay staff were very helpful, my chart was perfect and the print was clear, and it with was delivered in a strong shipping tube.
