I bought a $2,000 Giant Advance @ bike over a year ago. I was not fitted at the time of purchase because they didn't have the right stand. I called back after three months and they still didn't have the correct stand for fitting the bike to me. They never called me back. They were supposed to cll me for a three month tune up. Never called. Acme Bike in Punta Gorda is great and will have all my future business.
