RecommendedBought my Liv bicycle from Jonathan 2 years ago and love it Recently I purchase handlebag tape on amazon and they installed it for me. i wasnt 100% happy with the job so they said i can take it back in and they would re do. turns out the tape was bad quality so they gave me a roll of theirs which was WAY better quality. No charge. This place is great. im so happy this small town business can survive.

I bought a $2,000 Giant Advance @ bike over a year ago. I was not fitted at the time of purchase because they didn't have the right stand. I called back after three months and they still didn't have the correct stand for fitting the bike to me. They never called me back. They were supposed to cll me for a three month tune up. Never called. Acme Bike in Punta Gorda is great and will have all my future business.

Got my bike, clip shoes, and helmet here. Jonathan and his staff are amazingly helpful! The first duathlon I did afterwards, I won in my age category! Love this place - they will take care of all your bike needs.
Best Service I've had for ages I went to Paradise Bicycles with my bike to get it fixed, the guy who helped me went through everything that needed doing and advised me not to do it. He didn't need to say that he could have charged me loads of money. i for one was refreshed by the honesty here and i would go back anytime - Tom
Bad Service I continue to find that this shop provides bad information to customers and all around bad customer service. There are other shops in the area that will provide better service.I have been sent to their Fort Myers location to find that the Ft Myers store didn't even sell the model of the product I was trying to buy. Why send me there? Wasted my time. I have also had to come in to pick my bike up because basic repairs were taking almost two weeks to complete. I was sent to their Ft Myers store to pick up a pair of shoes to find out the Ft Myers location doesn't sell the brand I was there to pick up. This wasted my time and lost them business.
BEST SERVICE / SALES ON ALL BIKES IN TOWN!! Very impressed by the knowledge, advice and service received at the Cape Coral and Colonial stores. Owners are real enthusiasts - not just business owners. Bought my first high-end not from wally world Trek road bike from them. Very happy with my purchase! Also took my mountain bike to them for a tune-up and new chain. Highly recommend Paradise for a new bike or service an existing one!
