The team at Paradise Bank have literally come through for me in every last minute emergency I’ve had, and there were many! You just do not get this at the big 3 banks. it’s like being part of a family, they stick with you until the issue is resolved. Much love to Kristal who goes the distance on closing the deal for me and my family every single time. Collin is another gem, once he knows what you want, consider it done. Cheers to them both 💯

I was a client for 7 years and recently closed a small business account along with escrow and found that our escrow account was being charged service fees because it was dormant. Escrow accounts when used for specific purposes are not intended to be used for operational transactions. When I was told for the first time about it, and stated that I did not receive notice I asked for a reimbursement of the $150.00. The manager responded all accounts are treated equally. The cost of losing a customer for life.
