I changed my mind on a book I had just purchased and asked employee 70583 if I was able to return it. I mentioned that I had changed my mind she mumbled “WTF is wrong with people” while taking the the book aggressively from my hands. I was taken if guard and ask her to repeat. She never made eye contact with me again and was very short with me while processing the refund.
This is regarding Annette sales person number 509314 she is a very beautiful person and a very good employee She went and checked the display for me so I could get a hat and a shirt for two for $22. Keep up the good work thank you
