I bought a Tommy Bahama shirt at the PGA gift shop in the Sarasota, FL airport that was marked in red pen as on clearance but the cashier charged me full price. I discovered the mistake the following day and called them immediately. It's been 2 weeks and they have not issued a credit, and it's impossible to actually speak with anyone. I have now called them 4 times and emailed them twice!!! Do NOT shop here!! UPDATE: it is now April 9th, and I have STILL not received the $64 credit back on my card
