Cindi Godwin is one of the employees that always acknowledges you when you come into the store she is one of the nicest most considerate employee you have The others can be rude and disrespectful
I traveled to IAH Airport and needed to go to Spanx for questions regarding my tights. I met employee Kettelie and she was AMAZING!! Her customer service and knowledge of Spanx products was so outstanding. As my schedule moves forward , I will definitely come back through Houston, and I will make it a priority to stop your store just because of Kettelie. Keep up the good work Spanx and hire more employees like Kettlie. She was Fantastic!!
Thiefs and unfriendly. Staff outright steals from customers. Paid with a larger bill and didn't get correct change. When I asked, they called me some choice words (so inappropriate for customer service) and said there's nothing they would do. The bill was still in plain sight, but they still wouldn't make it right. Kiana A is making some money by giving incorrect change and stealing from customers.
Not to mention not welcoming staff, but seems like the staff are not even doing their due diligence. Bought a pack of Planters fruit and nut mix on 6 Oct 2023, only to found out later that the pack best before date was 1 Sep 2023.
