Britney was an amazing help. Was sweet and supportive about an issue I had. She was very assuring and comforting. She is amazing with her role and still decided to be a leader and a great representation of the staff and store in this establishment.
Although I didn’t purchase anything, I was really surprised by how good the customer service was. The worker who helped me was Bianca and she did a great job! She was very helpful
Walked by and went in out of curiosity… left with a full new set of sheets and a wishlist for bath towels. Tsvete initially greeted us, getting to know what we were looking for (nothing at first lol) and Gina, the ASM, swung by to check in. Those two are customer service at it’s finest! Honestly, we will be back JUST because of them. Cannot wait to put on these new sheets. Thanks to them both for the care, time, knowledge, and friendliness. - Adam and Quentin
