The finest products and so pricy. The staff with the online service is so much more professional than the ones in store though no complaints.
Great customer service and just the best sheets and towels I have ever experienced. I love that it's a local brand and their material is natural. This is my favorite store of their LA stores. Everyone is so helpful here!

Really uncomfortable vibe at the store. This is so awkward to write. One associate is frantic trying to talk to all the clientele coming in ( 2-4 clients at the store) while the other associate i think her name was Sophia with short blonde hair, just stands there staring at you silently with an angry bored expression arms folded and will shrug when you talk to her or avoids eye contact while giving broad answers.
