Have purchased multiple products over the years and have been actually satisfied with the quality. However, most recent purchase showed me they really don’t care about customer service which makes me not want to support this company moving forward. I made a $400+ purchase which included a promotional offer of a $99 beach throw. They sent the main products 2 weeks late and no throw. When I inquired they basically said too bad. This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. My package was marked as “delivered,” yet it was not placed in a secure locker or safe location, it was simply left somewhere and is now gone. I searched everywhere immediately upon returning home. Nothing. No package, no accountability. Customer service then had the nerve to tell me to “wait 5 business days.” It has already been five days. The finest products and so pricy. The staff with the online service is so much more professional than the ones in store though no complaints.
Great customer service and just the best sheets and towels I have ever experienced. I love that it's a local brand and their material is natural. This is my favorite store of their LA stores. Everyone is so helpful here!
Everyone is so helpful and store is beautiful!! Complementary coffee, snacks and treats for the pups is lovely.
