This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. My package was marked as “delivered,” yet it was not placed in a secure locker or safe location, it was simply left somewhere and is now gone. I searched everywhere immediately upon returning home. Nothing. No package, no accountability. Customer service then had the nerve to tell me to “wait 5 business days.” It has already been five days. Great customer service and just the best sheets and towels I have ever experienced. I love that it's a local brand and their material is natural. This is my favorite store of their LA stores. Everyone is so helpful here!

Everyone is so helpful and store is beautiful!! Complementary coffee, snacks and treats for the pups is lovely.

Really uncomfortable vibe at the store. This is so awkward to write. One associate is frantic trying to talk to all the clientele coming in ( 2-4 clients at the store) while the other associate i think her name was Sophia with short blonde hair, just stands there staring at you silently with an angry bored expression arms folded and will shrug when you talk to her or avoids eye contact while giving broad answers.
