Everyone is so helpful and store is beautiful!! Complementary coffee, snacks and treats for the pups is lovely.
Really uncomfortable vibe at the store. This is so awkward to write. One associate is frantic trying to talk to all the clientele coming in ( 2-4 clients at the store) while the other associate i think her name was Sophia with short blonde hair, just stands there staring at you silently with an angry bored expression arms folded and will shrug when you talk to her or avoids eye contact while giving broad answers. Not a vibe. I won’t be going back to this location.
So disappointed in Parachute. I bought these sheets in February….they didn’t even last a year. I tried emailing the corporate help email since I bought them online and no response.
