Cannot find info about my shipment. Will not accept multiple attempts at uploading my insurance information so that my shipment can be made. I am going to die from diabetic ketoacidosis if I don't get my supplies.
Not very helpful
I called my provider to find out about supplies!! Was told it goes through parachute, called, got told all these options, but said if I was the patient I couldn't be told anything!!! How is this supposed to help me. Haven't heard from anyone and still don't have supplies!!! Might as well go to the supply store and pay out of pocket for what I need!!!!
