The drivers are overbooked and you can’t get anyone on the phone. I’m lucky enough to have used the service long enough to be used to 1/2hr wait times. Most of the time I’m getting where I need to be in a reasonable time.

Had para for crps, fibromialgia and a bunch of other mobility issues. They randomly ended my necessary service for permanent conditions without a word or even a letter. I've been without it for a year now and they are discriminating against me and abusing my child who i haven't been able to take anywhere since being cut off. This includes all healthcare, daycare, play groups, cheo appointments, etc. CHEO has been bending over backwards to work around this limitation by doing home visits for certain things.
