Staff happy and friendly nobody wants to go to a residential care facility but this place just might change your mind
My mother was a resident for several years and recently passed. I can't praise the home enough. My mother was not an easy person to please, or get along with, and this was not improved by dementia. The staff were accepting of her difficulties settling in, and did their best to make her comfortable and welcome. Over time, she was treated with true warmth and was clearly cared for by staff.
