Horrible service. Always late.
Avoid at all cost. They are always late. Book for 10am and they will be there at 11.30. This is not serious. Waiting 2 hours in pain in my wheelchair. Évitez à tout prix. Ils sont toujours en retard. Transport confirmé 2 fois pour 10 heures est arrivé à 11.30. J'ai attendu en douleur dans ma chaise roulante.
Updated review: this time around they were on time, courteous, and the equipment was newer and well kept. Thankfully they did not cancel as the requirement was special. Updated stars, see how it goes next time. Old review: Do they not know that managing expectations is crucial for their clientele? They say 10 minutes 8 times in a row. No show. Medical equipment won’t run forever on batteries. Just say you will be over an hour and people will adapt.
