I have just received my third order of customized golf tees from Par Golf Supply. And this was my third order that was delivered to my home in the Middle East. I ordered the purple tees with white writing. To say that I am delighted with the order would be an understatement -- they are such an amazing shade of purple. Great customer service. Quick turnaround on products. Very Helpful This was my first time ordering from this company. I made a mistake while filling out the order form. Jennifer made the correct changes to the order and got it into production and I received the order by the requested delivery date.

After placing an order, it turned out that the order would not be ready in time for an event. Through several one-line email communications with their team, this was figured out. When asked to refund our nonprofit for the order and cancel it, we were told we would have to pay a 4% fee. While this is stated on their website, they had not started processing our order as we had not provided the artwork for it.
