Excellent. I started going because I was having a severe pain in my chest (intercostal neuralgia). After my first appointment I felt drastically better and I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud. I kept on going even after the pain was gone because I found each session was extremely helpful with my anxiety-- more than once I've actually had a physical feeling of the anxiety leaving my body, it's incredible.
