I love their products but they failed to send what I purchased as a Christmas gift. They did admit their mistake and offered a full refund. I feel they should have done more than just that. Customer service should always reign supreme.
Made 2 orders right before Christmas and received both on time. The first order was packed by Alex and done perfectly! The second had no packed by card and wasn't done quite as well be only had minor damage to the maple syrup paper band, but I had ordered 2 and just made that one mine so no worries. Maple syrup is so good you will want to drink it straight from the bottle. Bourbon balls are the best. Everything is top quality. Will definitely be ordering again!
