Terrible people
This place is an absolute joke of an establishment. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND REPORTING THESE CROOKS TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION! They took me to court when I called and tried to settle with them, their only option was pay in full or get sued. After losing the settlement I proceeded to try to get in touch with them to do exactly what I called in the first place to do before they sued, which was to set up a payment plan. Absolute disgrace of a company. You try to willingly pay them and you can't get a simple letter. Id give it zero stars or less if possible. These people are a joke.
The voicemail said they’re closed after waiting on hold for over two hours and online it says they’re open.
Antiquated doesn’t even begin to cover it. This firm is a relic of a bygone era—struggling to function in a world that has long since moved on. Their turnaround time for basic documents is an astonishing two weeks. It's 2025. Most college students can produce cleaner, faster, and more accurate work using tools on their phones.
