Horrible customer service no matter if you want to pay or not.
Talk to real nice lady I can’t understand all these bad reviews but I was treated with respect and understanding , some advice to the people that Owe a debit ! only get treated the way you treat someone and if your calling pappas treat them with respect and you get it back , first of all you let your own debits go in to collection it’s not pappas fault it’s yours! Garnished an account for a debt that was already paid in full. I have been on hold for over an hour. I have had to keep calling back as the call keeps getting (dropped) hung up.
I would give negative stars if I could. Payment was made in full and they said call back to make sure and get the paperwork. I have been calling for an entire week. Left voicemails. Nothing. They hang up while “transferring” the phone. They don’t return messages. No one is ever there to answer. They also sent me SOMEONE ELSE’S court documents. Terrible.
