After a bit of a wait trying to get ahold of a department, I talked to a very kind lady that helped me get set up to make payments online. So after stressing about making it in full and having to go to court, I was relieved to be set up to where I can make smaller payments. So to whoever I spoke to, I appreciate the information and being set up with online way to pay!
Tried calling numerous times to pay off account I didn’t realize I had so that is completely my fault, however they never picked up called and waited on hold until it hung up on me. Had to show up to court just to get the proper paperwork they were to provide me so I could pay off the amount owed. Ridiculous is an understatement!
Would not answer the phone no matter how long I waited. Just wanted to set up a payment plan
Horrible customer service no matter if you want to pay or not.
