Overall really bad experience, Communication terrible and always took forever for a response. Started 24’ tax filing months in advance of 25’ and did not finish till last second. Any time you reach out the response was “it’s tax season we’re really busy it didn’t matter what time of the year it was I got that response throughout the year. Paid monthly for the restaurant Profit and Loss statement and never received the first year 24’ june-dec. Susan Polumbo provided my husband and I excellent assistance sorting out IRS procedures. The level of detail and accountability demonstrated by Sue was excellent. Also the J.Pappas accounting team dedication to processing returns and follow through is truly admirable.
