Picked up at the hotel in Las Vegas and brought to Boulder City by bus. After waiting for an hour, flight was cancelled due to weather conditions. No compensation, no nothing. Thank you Papillon for wasting my time!

Booked a sunset flight four months ago. Waiting at the hotel driver pulls up to tell us the flight cancelled, no prior warning given. Only time available next day was 6am flight pickup 5.00am with $5 discount. Disappointed wife and kids. Understand mechanical issues occur but thought customer service here was pretty poor.
This was a great trip from start to finish. Our helicopter pilot, Claude, was excellent. He was very informative and friendly, making us feel to totally relaxed. The breakfast was very good. We would thoroughly recommend this company.
Picked up from hotel and 2 hours later told that we were cancelled because of technical difficulties. Disappointed to say the least. Was told it could be rescheduled however as many of you know with all to do in Vegas planning excursions on different days is a must so to reschedule was not an option.
Brilliant - great flight and customer service experience with David our 'top' pilot. Highly recommended.

It was my first time riding hellicopter ever! Usually I hate flying because of turbulence. But for first time I actually felt steady safe in a helicopter then airplane i guess i got lucky!:)The pilot was awesome very sweet, cool. Even though i forgot his name because it was loud in the back. Oh well! And it was such a breath taking going up:) I wish it was longer.
