A 5 star experience all around. From the ladies at the reception desk to Claudia and doctor Stella the service is outstanding! Personalized care and knowledge advice every time.
The doctor was very courteous, kind, professional and efficient. The reason for the two stars was because of what was witnessed with the front desk support staff. No names were mentioned but, there was certainly disregard for client confidentiality, gossip and disrespect for others, and an all out argument (including profanities) with a family member. I’d recommend revisiting some training on professionalism.
The ladies at Papillon were fantastic. I was able to get in fast and my treatment was pain free and I am very happy with it Thank you!
These ppl are very honest with advice. would definitely go back.
