We’ve had a really positive experience with this childcare. The educators are very caring and engage the kids in lots of fun and meaningful activities. A special thanks to Adwoa, Chloe, Xiumin and Bianca for being so supportive and attentive. The Storypark app is great for communication and live updates on the kids’ daily activities, which we really appreciate as parents. Being a first-time mom, it's a very stressful time when choosing a CC and planning for the future. Papilio Bella Vista's management team (Shout-out to Shannon and Bree) is so accommodating and understanding. The team in the nursery room is so loving and caring. My 6-month-old son loves the time there with the educators, being cuddled, and trying new things! They let him try different activities and expose him to a wide range of activities!! Love the young and energetic vibe!!
Our daughter started at Papilio Bella Vista early this year. I was so nervous about her starting, but once she did, I quickly realised I had nothing to fear! The wonderful educators treat her with so much love and kindness. Everyday is filled with so many fun activities, and great food. You get real time updates of their routine (eating, sleeping, nappies) and lots of beautiful photos at the end of each day. This centre, running under Amanda’s leadership, has been a standout centre for my son. Educators go above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier.
My son enrolled here in 20 lexington drive papilio since he was 1.5 year old. Educators helped me and my son to adjust quick by treating us as their family members. He was crying a lot during the drop off, it was a heartbreaking to me— but now he has been here for more than a year now, he really enjoys the conducive and safe environment.
