As a family we have had our share of unfortunate events when it came to daycare one particular instance required us to remove our children from care immediately. I reached out to Papilio Baulkham Hills and Chaitali was more than accommodating. She allowed us to do a tour that day and by the following day my children were attending papilio baulkham hills. Thank you to Ms. Chaitali and the incredible team at Papilio Baulkham Hills for their exceptional care and support! As a first-time mum, their professionalism and enthusiasm have truly eased my worries. Ms. Chaitali and Ms. Amanda always provided guidance when needed, and all the educators, including Ms. Jashan, Ms. Hayley, Ms. Sarah, Ms. Simar, and Ms. Angel, are patient and dedicated. Amazing management. Miss chaitali & miss Amanda have been nothing but welcoming and warm. My boys are with the most amazing educators miss hayley, miss teresa, miss Robyn, miss thinn and miss Anna. I couldn’t imagine another childcare centre I’d have my children in. So warm and welcoming. The educators are all lovely & amazing.

Our daughter is in nursery and started here at 10 months old and after almost a year we have had nothing but positive experiences. As a first time mum I was a little nervous about starting childcare, but they made the transition so easy for us, they are very patient and I was 100% confident that my little one was in great hands. We love the center - Chaitali, Amanda, Hailey, Robyn and rest of the staff are great. Love how they all are personally involved in my child’s development and always ready to discuss any challenges we face as first time parents. Staff is very responsible and I feel my child is in good hands when I drop him off. Highly recommend!
