Unprofessional staff.
Canceled my sons childcare and later on found out they kept billing us under Medicare and privately. A couple of months later we got an invoice for over $3000. When I approach them they told me it’s their new policy if I cancel I need to fill in a form instead. This was a new policy which we were not informed about. This childcare is money before care. Avoid if you can.
Please be very careful with staff and managers! I emailed them to cancel my son’s days in child care they didn’t do it, after a few weeks they charge us $600 after that they send us invoice of $3000 when I said why?what’s happening?She said we send you a form to sign and u didn’t, I said I didn’t receive any form, after questioning I found out the email went into my junk mail.
