I’m giving PaperTrails 2 stars because I was very disappointed with both the lack of transparency around the final cost and the service I received. I was initially told the service would be $70 for three attempts, plus mileage where applicable. What was not made clear to me was that I could be charged an additional $70 when attempts involved different addresses. I requested that an address be verified and a letter hand-delivered. I didn't require an affidavit so I can't speak to that but the service was great. Handled quickly and efficiently.

I couldn't be more thankful to have Mel doing the service she is. She is incredibly professional, fast and dependable at the services she provides. I had two issues that needed resolution, she answered the call for both and at a incredibly competitive price compared to the other locations/persons that I called. Very thankful for having your help!
