placed an order a month ago and after lots of emails chasing progress/resolution, the item has only just been confirmed as lost in transit. Refund granted (another 2 weeks wait) and offered 10% discount on future purchase (unlikely). Unsatisfactory and dissapointing in this day and age of online retail. A shame as I liked the selection of items displayed on website.
