Wonderful service!
Several years ago, after divorce, I was afraid I couldn't get a home loan. But the rep at PCSB was willing to work with me, let me know about available grant money, etc. I've since refinanced my mortgage a few times and am very happy with how the staff handled it.
This bank is horrible. I have had some absolutely terrible interactions with the employees. There seems to be a revolving door for them. There is no way they are switching these many employees from the other branches. There is one older woman working there who should not be allowed to deal with any living thing. Not to mention some other questionable things that I have dealt with there. Just go someplace else.
I've been with this bank for 3 years. Tried getting a $1500 loan and was denied. I ended up going through PayPal for a loan of $3000 and no interest if paid in 6 months. You may want to hire a new loan officer. You literally turned business away and lost money + interest.
If you don't trust me with your money... why should I trust you with mine?
