This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Terrible company! I called in today to discuss a bill. The lady that works for "The Paper" is completely rude. Talked over me and just replied with" I'm just going to send you to collections" Doesn't keep track of incoming calls regarding accts and is flat out unprofessional. But overall customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time or money with the paper in Dwight!
