The worst customer service. I never go back there again.
I ordered online a week ago. Looks like they like to take your money and not deliver the product you bought, despite my email to HO. Do not buy.
Had some problems when ordering custom furniture from here. Their fabric swatches in the store were incorrectly marked, so the fabric that was listed on our order was not the one we had chosen. This problem was only luckily discovered when I happened to walk in to the store a week later to show my wife the chairs that we'd ordered, and when the clerk produced the fabric type that was on the order, I noticed it was the wrong kind.
