The WORST customer service. We were looking for a dress for my 11 year old daughter ay the Bramalea location and as we were picking out dresses she liked, the sales lady informed us that we can only try on 5 dresses a DAY. RIDICULOUS. Another lady who was also looking for a dress for her daughter overheard the sales lady and left the store. I will never shop here again.
Wonderful selection of suits for tweens!
Ordered a formal suit from Paparazzi Kids for a wedding event and unfortunately it arrived with multiple defects, including a visible black ink mark on the lapel and poorly finished/fraying waistcoat button stitching. I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos. Despite the item arriving defective, I was advised that because it was a sale item they would only offer store credit and would not cover return shipping.
