Popped in from the Coast, had what we were after, thankfully. Was going to enquire about an E-Bike too, but not so sure after the service. The man working in the shop was a bit disinterested, and when we mentioned how cool a particular set of death grips were, he seemed snarky and said "what, don't have camo on the coast?". *Edit due to response* - we said that "we were browsing for the moment". Still an unnecessary snarky remark re: "camo on the coast". Thanks.

Charged $30 to replace tube, over-inflated it causing a bubble which popped next time I rode my bike. Took it back in and said I would need to pay over $30 for a new tire. I walked out
